In modern industrial and construction fields, epoxy resin is widely utilized due to its exceptional physical properties, chemical stability, and superior adhesive performance. the curing process of epoxy resin often requires high temperatures and extended reaction times, which not only limits its efficiency in applications like rapid成型 but also imposes stringent requirements on the operating environment. Against this backdrop, silicone oil-based active curing agents have emerged as an innovative solution, offering a new approach to epoxy resin curing.

Silicone oil, a common organosilicon compound, boasts excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, electrical insulation, and hydrophobicity. In practical applications, silicone oil-based curing agents demonstrate several advantages. First, they are compatible with various types of epoxy resins, including bisphenol-A, cycloaliphatic, and aromatic epoxies, thereby broadening the scope of curing agent applications. Second, their use simplifies the curing process, reducing complexity and enhancing production efficiency. Finally, owing to their environmentally friendly characteristics, these curing agents have gained widespread traction in fields such as electronic encapsulation, aerospace, and automotive manufacturing.

This integration will help meet the diverse needs of industries for epoxy resin curing technologies, driving the application and development of epoxy resins and their composites across broader domains.
